Customer Service Rep / Admin Assistant
We are searching for a part time customer service representative (CSR) that is polite and professional to work closely with other team members to provide outstanding service to our customers by accepting catering orders, answering questions, and several administrative duties. The call center may handle a high volume of inbound inquires which result in a number of internal outbound calls to our network of managers and staff members. The CSR should seek to create a positive experience for each type of call. They will engage with clients to accept orders, upsell when appropriate and build positive long lasting sales relationships with clients. Other duties will include data entry, typing and proof reading recipes, sales support and miscellaneous office functions to be determined for special projects.
